Due to the nature of our advertising services, which involve tangible actions, resourceallocation, and often irreversible processes once initiated, we generally do not offerrefunds once a service has commenced or significant preparatory work has been undertaken.

While refunds are generally not provided, we may consider adjustments or alternative solutions in the following specific circumstances, on a case-by-case basis and at our sole discretion
- Service Cancellation by VVKADS:
If VVKADS cancels a confirmed service agreement for reasons within our control (excluding force majeure events as defined in our service agreements), you may be eligible for a full or partial refund of any pre paid fees for the undelivered portion of the service.
- Significant Deviation from Agreed-Upon Service:
If there is a significant and material deviation from the agreed-upon specifications or deliverables outlined in the service agreement, and the issue cannot be reasonably rectified, we may consider a partial refund or other mutually agreeable resolution. You must notify us of such deviations in writing within 7 days of the issue arising.
- Pre-Commencement Cancellation:
If you cancel a service agreement before significant preparatory work has begun (as determined by VVKADS), you may be eligible for a partial refund of any pre-paid fees, subject to a cancellation fee to cover administrative costs and initial planning efforts. The amount of the cancellation fee will be outlined in the service agreement or communicated to you at the time of booking
